Brief of ADRH’ Roadmap

HRD encompasses various activities such as formal and non-formal education provisioning, skills training, leadership development, technical support, and mentoring. The main objective of Human Resources is to improve the quality, skills, and competencies of individuals so that they can play a more effective role in their work in both professional and social contexts.

Through HRD, individuals can improve their independence, productivity, and quality of life.
