Recognizing these opportunities, the ADRH Foundation is committed to providing education focusing on English language learning to help students and adults. The programs will help students to further their education, develop their careers, or merely use English in daily life and professional contexts.


Aim: This course will help students to familiarize themselves with the type of test and learn how to answer all the questions correctly and effectively to achieve the highest score. The materials for this program cover all skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Practice and simulation materials are also provided for the students.

If you need to improve your English for the TOEFL and IELTS exams, the English course is the place to start. You can improve your general level of English so that when you are ready, you can succeed in the international TOEFL and IELTS tests. IELTS levels range from 0 to 9.

Many top universities require an IELTS score of 6.5 or 7.0. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is recognized by universities and colleges in over 130 countries, including the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.
The ADRH Foundation has opened a language course, starting from basic, intermediate, advanced, and professional. We provide certificates to students who complete the program package according to their choice. The following is language course program:

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)

TOEFL course is available offline and online. There are two TOEFL programs, TOEFL ITP
and TOEFL IBT (Internet-Based Test). TOEFL ITP (Institutional Testing Program) test is held in Timor-Leste every year. ADRH will publish the information about the date and time on all official social media platforms of ADRH Foundation. Moreover, you can contact us. We offer a 6-month TOEFL Course, TOEFL ITP Preparation, and TOEFL iBT Intensive Course before the test.

IELTS Preparation Online Course

We offer online IELTS (International English Language Testing System) preparation. Prepare for the IELTS test with our in-depth online courses. Improve your IELTS score and achieve your study or work goals. Maximize your IELTS score and get the help you need. Focus on speaking, writing, reading, listening, or any combination. You choose your schedule, your tutor, and your language focus. All programs include over 20 hours of online practice activities, webinars, and language session.
