The initiative to choose the name “Timor-Leste Youth Hillsong Fans” started when we (Natalia de Vasconcelos) met and talked with one of the Hillsong spiritual band groups from Australia, who at that time were holding a concert in a church called Keluarga Allah (KA) in Solo, Indonesia in 2018. In 2019, we built Timor-Leste Youth Hillsong fans in Timor-Leste and performed the song for the first time at one of the joint Christmas celebrations in Dili. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, Hillsong Fans Timor-Leste activities were stopped and started again in May 2024.

The activities of Hillsong Fans Timor-Leste Youth include recording songs and participating in other spiritual activities such as spiritual concerts, testimonies, and Bible reading campaigns. As written in John 4:23-24 and Acts 3:21. The team ministers at the ALTAR OF GOD (AOG) IN TIMOR-LESTE. They minister twice a month. We are also open to working together and expect prayer, support, and financial help to sustain existing activities.
